NOIRE — more than just media, (not only) a virtual special project founded in 2022 in Kyiv. The goal of each action within the project is to unite and inspire. NOIRE is a place for creative like-minded individuals and wandering souls. NOIRE is about creating and telling stories that have already happened in fashion, music, cinema, politics, and any cultural spheres that surround our existence.
